Years manufacturing cable support systems (since 2005)
Production factories in the Shanghai region
Total workshop floor area
Complete product assembly lines
Since 2005, Qiongkai has engineered and manufactured complete cable management and building support systems for EPC contractors, electrical distributors and facility owners. From wire mesh trays in data halls to hot-dip galvanized ladder trays on LNG sites, we supply the tray, the support and the accessories as one coordinated system.
Every order is produced in our own factories, checked against the agreed drawing and finish specification, and packed for export, so you deal directly with the manufacturer rather than a trading layer.
Cooperative partners

Three core families, one coordinated system: cable trays to carry the load, strut channel to support it, and metal studs to frame the building around it. Finishes include pre-galvanized, electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, powder-coated, stainless steel 304/316 and FRP.

Shanghai Qiongkai Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in the Songjiang Port Science and Technology City of Shanghai, close to Yangshan and Waigaoqiao export ports. We started in prefabricated building materials and have grown into a specialist in cable support and framing systems.
Our team works with consultants and contractors from the drawing stage: checking span and load requirements, recommending a finish for the actual site environment, and adjusting profiles when a standard part does not fit. That project experience, from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to offshore LNG in Qatar, is built into every product we ship.
Strict in-process and pre-shipment checks, with technical support and responsive after-sales service.
Continuous product improvement for higher load performance, easier installation and long-term reliability.
Highest annual sales achieved
Heavy-duty production machines
Complete product assembly lines
Cable management product systems
Service and quality that go beyond the price list, structured around how international projects are actually specified, approved and installed.
One account engineer follows your project from first drawing to final shipment, so specifications never get lost between departments.
In-house engineers review spans, loads, fill ratios and finishes, and advise on the right tray type for each cable route.
Send your layout or BOQ and receive a free system proposal covering trays, supports, fittings and accessories.
Clear installation drawings and remote guidance help site teams assemble supports, splices and bends correctly the first time.
Responsive support after delivery for replacements, additional fittings and maintenance advice on corrosion protection.
Three factories, 12 assembly lines and about 60 heavy-duty machines keep large and phased orders on schedule.
The most common reason a cable tray fails early is a finish that does not match the environment. Use this quick reference before you lock your specification, then let our engineers confirm it against your site data.
| Material / Finish | Corrosion Resistance | Typical Environment | Common Applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-Galvanized (PG) | Dry, indoor, controlled areas | Commercial buildings, offices, ceilings | |
| Electro-Galvanized (EG) | Indoor, low humidity | Wire mesh trays in data centers and IT rooms | |
| Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) | Outdoor, industrial, humid | Power plants, factories, infrastructure, rooftops | |
| Stainless Steel 304 | Hygienic, wash-down areas | Food processing, pharmaceutical, clean rooms | |
| Stainless Steel 316 / 316L | Chloride-rich, coastal, offshore | Marine, offshore platforms, desalination, chemical | |
| FRP (Fiberglass) | Acidic, chemical, high heat & humidity | Chemical plants, wastewater, LNG and tropical sites | |
| Powder Coated | Indoor, where color coding is needed | Data centers, system identification by RAL color |
Ratings are general guidance for comparison only. Final selection depends on chloride exposure, temperature, chemicals and design life. Read more in our engineering blog or ask an engineer.

Talk to an EngineerWe manufacture wire mesh (basket) cable trays, perforated and solid-bottom cable trays, ladder trays, heavy-duty series trays, cable trunking, conduit, tray accessories, strut channel in 41×21, 41×41, 41×62 and 41×82 profiles, seismic brackets and light-gauge metal stud framing.
Pre-galvanized and electro-galvanized steel suit dry indoor areas. Hot-dip galvanized steel is the usual choice for outdoor and industrial plants. Stainless steel 304 suits food and clean environments, while 316/316L and FRP are preferred for coastal, offshore and chemical exposure. See the selection guide above and share your site conditions so our engineers can confirm.
Yes. With 12 assembly lines and about 60 heavy-duty machines across 3 factories, we produce custom widths, side heights, thicknesses, hole patterns and profiled sections, including a custom profiled section solution for an offshore LNG project in Qatar.
