Cable trunkings are non-perforated cable trays featuring superior sealing performance. Once covered with the trunking lid, the interior forms an isolated, highly secure environment that actively protects enclosed cables from rainwater, moisture, stray animals, and foreign intrusions. Compared to standard perforated cable trays, solid-bottom cable trunkings serve as a far more dependable solution for outdoor cable management and demanding environments.
Under standard production, limited connection slots are engineered onto the side plates for streamlined installation. With laser cutting technology in-house, we manufacture a comprehensive selection of cable routing solutions. Bespoke designs, distinct cutout shapes, and customized slot layouts based on specific project requirements are fully supported.

Zinc Layer Thickness: The ultimate anti-corrosion rating of galvanized cable trays depends on the thickness of the applied protective zinc layer. Standard offerings include zinc layer thicknesses of 10μm, 20μm, 30μm, 40μm, 45μm, 50μm, 60μm, and 65μm. Enhanced protective coatings exceeding 65μm are engineered on demand via heavy-duty hot-dip galvanization.
Standard Dimensions: Common tray widths range across 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, and 800mm. Standard side rail heights include 50mm, 60mm, 100mm, and 150mm. Standard tray section lengths are supplied at 2m, 3m, 4m, and 6m, with tailored section profiles cut to custom site dimensions.
Material Thickness: The thickness of the trough body and its top cover plate corresponds directly to load ratings and span criteria. For galvanized steel systems with a width (W) < 300mm, minimum structural thickness requires ≥1.2mm for the trough body and ≥1.0mm for the cover plate. For 300mm ≤ W < 500mm, the body requires ≥1.5mm and the cover requires ≥1.2mm.
Engineered for wide commercial and industrial implementation, these systems support interior and outdoor electrical lines across civil construction, energy production, telecommunications, petrochemical networks, and metallurgy facilities. Primary integration points cover commercial building riser shafts, distribution corridors, basement cable passages, industrial workshops, and substations.
Manufactured under rigid structural quality control protocols, all systems comply with international construction compliance including ISO and CE production directives.
